"ALEXISQUARTIER - Häuser" in Munich-Perlach: Earthworks start
In September the earthworks for our building project "ALEXISQUARTIER - Häuser" started!
Beautifully situated in the southeast of Munich: Adjacent to the Truderinger Forest and the garden city of Trudering, 22 real terraced houses are being built in the new residential quarter "ALEXISQUARTIER" in the Perlach district. The new quarter has its own infrastructure, a beautiful neighbourhood park and a promenade with shopping facilities.
Thanks to the existing subway station "Quiddestraße", several bus lines and a motorway connection to the A8, both the Munich city centre and the surrounding area of the Bavarian metropolis can be reached quickly.
The 4- to 6-room terraced houses of the "ALEXISQUARTIER - Häuser" project have gardens with terraces and loggias as well as high-quality furnishings and options.
In the meantime, all row houses are already reserved or sold.
